West Michigan System Integrator
As one of the leading suppliers for stamping press parts in the industry, our customer prides themselves on keeping their clients up and running while providing new manufacturing operations. As their preferred system integrator, our team mirrors that service by ensuring their presses run in optimal condition.
On many new presses and press rebuild projects, our team provided a turnkey controls package complete with the newest safety PLCs, software, and safety devices. This package provides the press parts suppliers with industry-leading safety standards, functionality, reliability, and most importantly, decreased downtime. While they handled the robust press design, our team monitored every aspect of the operations and provided detailed feedback and production statistics relating to downtime through HMI messaging.
Throughout our working relationship, we have partnered together to serve a host of customers. In 2016, we helped a local plant combine the processes of four mechanical presses, an annealing furnace, a rotary basket washer, load monitoring hoppers, and a multiple floor conveyor systems to more than double the plant’s daily production.
Currently, our team is commissioning two 70-foot coil feed lines for another local customer. This includes the stamping press, de-coiler, chopper, press bearing thermal monitoring, oil and coolant systems, tonnage monitoring, Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and die sensors. Our team is responsible for interlocking safety and controls communication on this high-speed production line.
