Caledonia Township was facing frequent and costly AV system issues which were ruining their meetings and making it difficult to share information with the community. After performing many AV service calls on the township’s antiquated system, FZ’s team offered suggestions on how to best upgrade the AV system in a way that would mitigate their current and future issues.

Seeing the benefit the upgrade would offer, Caledonia Township hired our team to update and install a new AV system to improve the ease and functionality of the township's board meetings.

The new AV system includes a state-of-the-art laser projector that reduces wait time and increases the functionality of the room. It also includes a video conferencing system that allows the township to connect with the community via Teams, Zoom, WebEx, or any other web-based conferencing system or software. Our team also used Epiphan Pearl, a live video production system, to automatically stream meetings to YouTube and archive them for future reference. FZ's in house programmer reprogrammed the entire system using a new, easy-to-use GUI.

Our team also replaced the outdated analog video system with a new 4k video over IP solution. This offers unlimited flexibility for future expansion and increased bandwidth for high resolution devices.

Overall, the complete AV system overhaul now offers Caledonia Township a reliable, easy-to-use system that will support the township's needs for years to come. Our work has increased the quality and clarity of the video calls, recordings, and in-room meetings while also improving the system’s reliability and efficiency.
