Electrical Construction Partner
The new Hyatt Place Hotel is nestled within the Mount Pleasant Towne Center in Mount Pleasant, SC. Our team provided the complete electrical package for the hotel.
Our team provided additional value in the preconstruction phase by using our Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and prefabrication capabilities to effectively preplan and prepare for the project. We prefabricated all of the ENT slab for the building in our off-site electrical prefabrication facility so that it could be delivered and installed in record time. Our team was able to install 2,500 feet of Data ENT with pull strings and 2,500 feet of ENT with branch wire for all of the rooms on each floor within a two-day span.
Prefabrication and our ability to deliver material just-in-time was especially important on this project because the downtown location provided limited site laydown and storage. The project also posed an extremely aggressive schedule with multiple design changes.
