Nexton Health and Wellness Center
Design Assist Summerville Electrical Construction
The Nexton Health Campus is a 28 acre, state-of-the-art medical facility that is expected to bring 1,500 jobs to Summerville, SC.
This four-story, 105,000 square foot facility will include an outpatient ambulatory surgery center, a 24-hour care unit, multiple doctors’ offices, and a wellness center. We provided the electrical building shell and technology infrastructure for this center. We have also been an active Design Assist partner throughout the project in designing the current building as well as two more buildings that are set to be constructed on the campus.
Through Design Assist, we add valuable solutions and best practices to both the design and building phases of the project. Overall, our team installed 19,000 feet of conduit, 13,000 feet of MC cable, and over 90,000 feet of wire!
