For over 19 years, Feyen Zylstra has proudly served as the low voltage electrical partner for the University of Michigan Health-West in Wyoming, Michigan. This trusting relationship began in 2006 when our team was selected to provide the complete low voltage package for the initial construction of the hospital’s facility. Our scope of work included installing network cabling for surveillance and IT systems, deploying a robust fiber optic backbone, setting up wireless access points, building and outfitting IT closets, and installing cabling for nurse call systems and security cameras. These systems helped form the hospital’s technological foundation, designed to support both patient care and ever-changing operational demands.
