Charise is passionate about developing workplaces that positively impact employees' lives. As People Services Manager, she leads a team of regional People Service Generalists while overseeing compliance efforts, supporting employees, and partnering with regional leaders on strategy, training, investigations, and process improvements. Charise earned a master's degree in human resource development from Western Michigan University and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Ferris State University. In her free time, Charise loves spending time with her family, traveling, going to the beach, biking, walking, reading, and volunteering at her church.
