David Eastes
Field Operations Manager
David Eastes is passionate about keeping his team is safe, productive, and having fun on the job. As Field Operations Manager, he coordinates manpower from project to project, ensuring that the right people are at the right jobsites, while also tracking driver performance, reviewing estimates, and leading the hiring process for all field employees in Charlotte. With 38 years in the electrical trade, David's favorite part of the job is teaching his team tricks of the trade and helping them solve problems. His favorite days are the ones where he feels he's had a positive impact on the lives of others. David attended North Forsyth High School, and outside of work, enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, camping, mountain bike riding, boating, and cheering on his daughters at their sporting events.
