Doug enjoys building a strong team and working alongside them as Construction Group Leader in Traverse City. He manages the branch, making decisions about project selection, manpower needs, estimating, and overseeing estimate to completion, and enjoys collaborating with managers and field leaders across FZ's other branches. Doug holds an Electrical Master's License and attended Purdue University, where he completed the Electrical Project Management program. In his spare time, Doug likes golfing, hunting, and fishing.
