This Veterans Day, we proudly recognize and honor the incredible service of our FZ team members who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Their dedication, sacrifice, and leadership continue to inspire us every day. At Feyen Zylstra, we believe in the importance of honoring veterans — not just on Veterans Day, but throughout the year.
This year, we’re highlighting four remarkable FZers whose military service has shaped their lives and careers:
Johnathan Bratcher | Marine Corps Veteran | Director of Sales and Operations, Nashville
Johnathan shares his journey through the Marine Corps, reflecting on the discipline, resilience, and leadership skills he developed during his service. Today, he brings those same qualities to his role at FZ, leading our Nashville operations with integrity and purpose.
John Isham | Air Force Veteran | Service Account Manager
John recounts his experience in the Air Force and how it prepared him for a successful transition into civilian life and his current role at FZ. His story is a testament to the adaptability and strength of our veteran community.
Terry Finch | Marine Corps Veteran | Senior Account Manager
Terry reflects on what made his time in the Marine Corps so meaningful, the lessons he learned, and how those experiences continue to influence his work at FZ. His story highlights the deep connection between service and personal growth.
Phillip Schaffer | Marine Corps Veteran | Safety Manager
Phil shares the most important lesson he learned during his time in the Marines: the power of teamwork. That value remains central to his role at FZ, where collaboration and safety go hand in hand.
In addition to these four individuals, we are proud to have employed over 70 FZers who have served our country. Their contributions, both in uniform and at FZ, enrich our culture and strengthen our mission.
At Feyen Zylstra, we actively support those who have served and continue to serve. We are grateful for their sacrifices and honored to share their stories.
