Josh Cogswell
VDC Manager
Josh is passionate about his work as the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Manager at FZ. He has spent nearly his entire career in the electrical construction industry, always bringing a focus to how technology can help organizations become more efficient. Josh enjoys supporting other teams within FZ with cutting-edge construction technology, training, BIM models, prefabrication assemblies, and construction documentation. He attended ITT Technical Institute, where he earned a degree in Computer Drafting and Design and graduated with honors. He has served as a panelist at the Advancing Construction Technology Conference and as a speaker for the American Subcontractor Association on prefabrication. In his free time, Josh enjoys designing and printing on his 3D printer, swimming with his kids, playing board games, and building Legos.
