Kim brings a people-first approach to her role at FZ as Talent Acquisition Manager. With over 15 years of experience in recruiting and employment branding, Kim helps FZ continue to grow by connecting people with meaningful career opportunities across the organization and ensures that FZ attracts talented individuals who align with the company's values, safety culture, and commitment to excellence. Kim holds a BS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Outside of work, Kim enjoys playing with dirt in her garden, doing yoga, and enjoying all that West Michigan has to offer.
