Field Operations Manager
As a Field Operations Manager, Richard supports the needs of the field by completing estimate reviews and assisting with pre-job planning processes. He is passionate about ensuring the FZers he oversees feel supported and have the tools they need to be successful. Richard brings over 40 years of on-the-job experience and has completed OSHA 30 as well as a four-year apprenticeship, earning his Journeyman classification through Associated Builders and Contractors at Nashville Tech. Outside of work, Richard likes spending time with his family, fishing, golfing, and riding in his Jeep.
