Shane Sievers
Director of IT
As the Director of IT, Shane Sievers ensures security and continuity within FZ’s business applications and data infrastructure. Shane is also responsible for the strategy, change management, communication, and coordinator of internal application development and releases, software updates, and upgrades. With a background in Digital Electronics and Computer Science, Shane is an Agile Certified Professional, a Professional Scrum Master, and is certified in Net+, MCP, and PMI-ACP. Passionate about helping people find and grow into a better version of themselves, Shane is committed to developing young leaders as a Club Advisor at the Grand Rapids Youth Toastmasters. In his free time, Shane enjoys road and trail running, spending time with his family outdoors, and performing and teaching improv at The Comedy Project.
