Today, we’re proud to announce a series of employee promotions that reflect the incredible talent and dedication across all of our FZ  branches.

Talent Acquisition

Kim Peters, in our People Services team, has been promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager. In just over a year, Kim has transformed our hiring efforts—raising the bar on candidate quality, launching our intern program, and building strategic workforce development partnerships. Kim will now lead our Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring FZ’s continues to attract top-tier talent to support our growing customer base.

Charleston
Our Charleston branch continues to thrive thanks to the outstanding leadership of several team members:

• Craig Jurgonski has been promoted to Project Executive for his pivotal role in leading some of our pillar projects.
• Craig McMahon is now stepping into the role of Account Manager. Craig has significantly grown FZ’s end user work in the Charleston area through his exceptional customer service.
• James Dennis has been promoted to Senior Account Manager, recognized for his revenue growth at many of his end user accounts.
• Matt Cauthen has been promoted to Assistant Account Manager, supporting FZ’s growing AV team. Matt has built strong relationships with end users while also helping standardize FZ conference spaces across FZ branches.

West Michigan
Russ DuShane has been promoted to Electrical Construction Group Leader. Russ has played a key role in our leadership team, driving many internal and customer-facing initiatives. His promotion reflects the trust and respect, he’s earned inside and outside of FZ.

Nashville
Zachary Childers has been promoted to Project Manager following his successful leadership on multiple primary projects. Zachary’s ability to deliver results and lead teams has made a lasting impact on our operations in the region.
