At FZ, safety isn’t just a policy—it’s a personal commitment made through big and small decisions every day. That’s why we recently launched our “My Why” Hard Hat Sticker Campaign, an initiative designed to bring our safety values to life in a personal way.
We asked a simple but profound question: “Why do you work safe?”
To answer it, we invited our FZers to participate by writing their personal “why” on a sticker and placing it on the inside brim of their hard hat. These stickers serve as daily, visible reminders of the people, passions, and purposes that drive each of us to prioritize safety every single day.
Whether it’s for family, future goals, teammates, or simply the pride in doing things the right way—each “why” tells a story. And together, these stories form the heart of our safety culture.
