Natalie Timmer
Controller
As FZ's Controller, Natalie oversees and directs FZ's short term and day-to-day finance and accounting operations while leading FZ's accounting and compliance, accounts payable, and the services project accounting teams. She played a pivotal role throughout the sale and offboarding of FZ’s Industrial Technology business as well as the acquisition and sale of an FZ-developed software platform. Natalie also leads in the creation of complex financial models that support leadership decision-making and forecast and planning tools that help drive positive cash flow generation.
Natalie is actively involved in both the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and the GR Chamber Finance Roundtables. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Trinity Christian College and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Natalie enjoys playing and watching sports, spending time with family, and traveling in her free time.
