Nate Koetje

Nate leans into FZ’s vision and values by making a positive impact through leadership. As CEO, his drive and passion to serve FZ’s employees, customers, and ultimately its communities create a unique, culturally-rich, and supportive work environment. Over the last 20+ years, Nate’s hands-on experience across a variety of roles has helped guide the company's growth, expanding both its service offerings and geographic reach. Today, FZ stands as a leader in electrical services and building systems solutions, shaped in large part by Nate's vision.
Nate has a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Grand Valley State University. Outside of FZ’s walls, he enjoys running, reading, and spending time in the woods or on the water with his family.
